I had two advanced, one expert, one drug kit, and several armour kits before I found my first basic.If you start spawning in items this early you might as well just give yourself all the best gear. The time from basic to expert tools is like 40+ hours. If you're on the GAMMA discord you can type !debug and it will tell you step by step how to enable them.
