Thanks for the answers :) I made my own Reshade preset GW2Hook is based on older version of Reshade plus it have working AO and DOF these two things require depth buffer (by default it is disabled in online games) to work and i think this is where it conflicts with TOS.

The first one worked for me. I needed to disable DX11 Beta, Install ArcDPS + DX12proxy via unofficial addon manager, then install GShade with DX12 selected. I have read somewhere that you can use DX9 for both ArcDPS and GShade, you need to install GShade first then rename the d9dx.dll to GShade64.dll then install ArcDPS via unofficial addon ...Download d3d9.ddl from arcdps homepage. Place it in same folder as Gw2-64.exe but rename it to d3d11.dll. Install ReShade with all files in teh same folder as Gw2-64.exe and the dll should be named dxgi.dll. Dont think this no longer works under dx9 since arcdps removed chainloading and both arcdps and ReShade dll's are both named d3d9.dll
