Yuzu has a known issue on the Deck with BOTW meaning it only runs at average 15 fps outside of the cutscenes. As others have said, you should use the Wii U version, as its a lot better, if you turn smt off via power tools and set the manual gpu clock to 1100 you can get close to 40fps on it. 0. Reply. Same issue as you, Found the fix. I had to open yuzu in steam desktop, then open speaker on the desktop bottom right menu. click applications and Yuzu is muted by default.
