I thought enhanced perks are only available on weapons you can shape/reshape. I mean, you can get the enhanced perks on the base models of the guns already. They are not supposed to be craftable but you never know. Crafted weapons get a stat bump at level 20 just like masterworked adepts get.There is literally no reason to run master vow outside of triumphs. In every single situation that I can think of 2x enhanced perks are going to be better than adept mods. People who are most likely to run master raids are probably already >50% of the way getting all the raid patterns anyways just running the raid normally.
