It's on Xbox and PS4 but the feature was removed from the PC port i assume because they thought there just wasn't the demand for it on PC. This isn't the only game on PC to have it removed and as someone who absolutely loves playing split screen co-op it is one of the reasons why i myself prefer console gaming over PC.
