Oct 15, 2018 · If you have active shared exp on in the options everyone recieves the exact same amount of exp regardless of party size. If you have it off active party members divide it evenly meaning if you have less then 6 you get more. Shared Exp on. Ex: Everyone (including non active) gets 10 exp for the kill or skill check.
