The thing is they are starving and some time after that they try to kill bartender and guards. Then they turn even against me trying to kill.It works by shrinking the 'town area' boundary so you can place farms inside towns; you can achieve something in that effect by using the in-game shift+f12 and going into town placement mode, then shrink the boundary.
