Problem has occurred 4 times now over the past 4 months and each time I have taken it to Ford deal for repair. Basic performance that takes place is after a highway run with cruise control on of about 60 to 70 miles at 65 mph, stop safely warning appears, gasoline engine shuts and I am able to, with some luck, get over to shoulder and stop.

There is a new Ford TSB 20-2365 issued 10/19/2020 that applies to all hybrids built prior to 10/6/2020. So this applies to vehicles that received the previous "fix" 20B14. It is also NHTSA # 10181925, so I guess this issue has gotten some attention at NHTSA. I took my truck to the dealership and they couldn't reproduce the issue, but they put a request in with Ford to see what they say. This was last week and I haven't heard anything since.
