I'm pretty sure they stated that you'll be able to just buy the other exotic glaive patterns once you get your first, but I forget when it's supposed to happen. It's RNG just bad luck. ~120 Master wellspring to get all 3. fyi you don't need to be a certain class to drop them, you can drop all three patterns just playing one class.

First drop was the Hunter Glaive schematic (around 85 clears) Second drop was the Titan one (around 100 clears). A waste of time if you ask me.
